Refund/Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 Days from date of purchase. We will accept returns for exchange or Credit but no Refund. Please note that this does not apply to Custom Made Products, there is a no Return Policy on Custom Made Product.

Refunds

The simple procedure for a return of online purchases:

1. Please contact Ozki Canvas via email
2. All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
3. All returns are subject to inspection before Ozki Canvas will accept.
4. All Shipping cost are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded or credited, unless product is demand Faulty.

Refunds: NO refund will be given on misused or mistreated goods.

Cancellation of an Order

As products are Custom made and cancellation will depend on progression of Manufacture of item.
Cancellation, if product has been cut, this could default in 50% loss of Sale item.
